These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and 499bid ("499bid", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all products, services, software, and content available at https://499bid.app and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces. By registering an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the 499bid platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accept every provision contained in these Terms.

499bid reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file at least seven (7) calendar days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must close your account before the effective date.

These Terms should be read alongside the 499bid Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and 499bid.

1.1 Minimum Age. The 499bid platform is available exclusively to individuals who are 21 years of age or older ("eligible age"). Any person below the eligible age is strictly prohibited from accessing, registering, or using any 499bid product. 499bid uses KYC (Know Your Customer) verification procedures to confirm the age and identity of every registered player. Players are required to submit a valid government-issued identification document — National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth registration certificate — before any withdrawal request is processed or any promotional bonus is credited.

1.2 Single Account Policy. Each individual may register and maintain exactly one (1) 499bid account. Multiple accounts registered to the same person, device, household IP address, payment method, or identity document are considered duplicate accounts. 499bid reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any pending bets, and confiscate balances associated with duplicate registrations without prior notice.

1.3 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information. You further agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any account balance.

1.4 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any OTP codes issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 499bid will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 499bid support immediately at [email protected].

2.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 499bid processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Accepted deposit and withdrawal channels include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. 499bid reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment channels at any time and will provide reasonable notice where operationally practicable.

2.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits. The minimum single deposit is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum single transaction limits vary by payment method and account verification tier. Players who have completed full KYC verification are entitled to higher transaction limits. Current limits are displayed within the Cashier section of your account dashboard and are subject to change without advance notice.

2.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the 499bid wallet in real time under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) business hours to reflect. 499bid does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own service charges, for which 499bid bears no responsibility.

2.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are reviewed within one (1) business hour during operating hours (06:00–00:00 Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Approved withdrawals are transferred to your registered payment account within sixty (60) minutes under normal conditions. 499bid reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal and to delay payment pending satisfactory completion of such verification.

2.5 Source of Funds. You confirm that all funds deposited into your 499bid account are from legitimate sources and that you are the lawful owner of the payment method used. 499bid operates anti-money laundering controls and may request supporting documentation to verify the source of any deposit. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in account suspension and potential referral to relevant authorities.

2.6 Withdrawal to Registered Method Only. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used for a deposit to your 499bid account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

3.1 Eligibility. Promotional offers made available on 499bid are open to registered players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in the individual promotion's terms. Unless otherwise stated, each promotion is available once per eligible player, household, IP address, device, and payment method.

3.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless a promotion explicitly states "no wagering", all bonus credit and any winnings derived from bonus credit are subject to a wagering requirement. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible game contributions, minimum odds restrictions (for sports betting bonuses), and expiry period are detailed in the specific promotion terms published on the 499bid platform at the time of the offer.

3.3 Bonus Abuse. 499bid employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing opposing bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage), exploiting software errors, and any other strategy determined by 499bid to constitute bad faith engagement with promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is identified, 499bid reserves the right to void all bonus-derived winnings, close the account, and forfeit any remaining balance.

3.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers. 499bid reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Changes will not affect bonuses that have already been credited and for which wagering is actively in progress at the time of the change.

3.5 VIP Program. Participation in the 499bid VIP loyalty program is subject to separate VIP Terms, which are available within the VIP section of your account dashboard. VIP status and associated benefits may be amended, downgraded, or removed if account activity no longer meets the qualifying criteria or if any breach of these Terms is identified.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and game types. These limits are displayed in the bet placement interface and may be adjusted by 499bid at any time. Players with confirmed VIP status may be granted higher maximum stake limits subject to account review.

5.1 Suspension by 499bid. 499bid reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, void pending bets, and withhold balances pending investigation in the following circumstances, among others: suspected fraud or identity theft; provision of false registration information; breach of the single account policy; suspected bonus abuse; suspected collusion or use of prohibited betting software; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; account activity that triggers anti-money laundering obligations; or any other conduct that 499bid reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or other players.

5.2 Voluntary Account Closure. You may request account closure at any time by contacting 499bid support at [email protected]. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawal requests will be completed and your remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method, provided all identity verification requirements have been satisfied. Accounts subject to active responsible gaming self-exclusion cannot be re-opened for the duration of the self-exclusion period.

5.3 Effect of Termination. Upon account closure or termination, your right to access the 499bid platform ceases immediately. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and any accrued obligations survive account termination.

6.1 Ownership. All content on the 499bid platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, data feeds, and the overall design and layout — is owned by or licensed to 499bid and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The brand name "499bid" and the 499bid logo are registered trademarks of the platform operator.

6.2 Permitted Use. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 499bid platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, scrape, mirror, frame, or create derivative works from any 499bid content without prior written consent.

6.3 Prohibited Activities. You must not use any automated tool, bot, spider, crawler, or data-mining software to access or collect information from the 499bid platform. Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any 499bid software is strictly prohibited and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.

7.1 Service Availability. 499bid provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While every reasonable effort is made to ensure continuous uptime, 499bid does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where operationally possible.

7.2 Third-Party Game Content. Casino games and live dealer content on the 499bid platform are supplied by independent third-party software providers including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. 499bid is not responsible for errors, malfunctions, or incorrect payouts arising from third-party game software. 7.3 Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 499bid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible loss arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

7.4 Force Majeure. 499bid will not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, power failures, telecommunications outages, or denial-of-service attacks.

8.1 Data Collection. 499bid collects personal data necessary for account registration, identity verification, payment processing, and fraud prevention. 8.2 Communications. By registering an account, you agree to receive transactional communications (account confirmations, deposit receipts, withdrawal notifications, security alerts) via your registered email address and mobile number. Promotional communications are sent only to players who have opted in and may be unsubscribed at any time via account settings or by contacting support.

8.3 Cookies. The 499bid platform uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain session state, remember preferences, and analyse usage patterns. 9.1 Player Protection Tools. 10.1 Dispute Resolution Process. After this period, settled bet outcomes are considered final and no retrospective adjustment will be made. Where 499bid identifies a palpable error in odds or result settlement, it reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake regardless of whether a dispute has been raised.

10.3 Decision Finality. The decision of 499bid on any dispute or complaint shall be final and binding, subject only to escalation through any formal regulatory channels applicable under the laws of the jurisdiction in which 499bid operates. 499bid will always act in good faith and with reference to industry-standard practice in reaching dispute decisions.

10.4 Language. These Terms and all communications between you and 499bid shall be conducted in the English language. Where a translation of these Terms is provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all cases of discrepancy.

11.1 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 499bid and supersede all prior representations, discussions, or agreements relating to the subject matter.

11.2 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11.3 No Waiver. Failure by 499bid to enforce any provision of these Terms on any occasion shall not constitute a waiver of 499bid's right to enforce that provision on any other occasion or to enforce any other provision at any time.

11.4 Assignment. You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms to any third party. 499bid may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms to any successor entity without prior notice to you.
